Ranger Nation,
We are back to a 5-day work week. The players are working very hard, and we will be asking them to get 4 extra lifts in this week. We will be introducing our command weights this week on Thursday. This is a more regimented lift that we will use in Phase II (Boot Camp) of our offseason. The Mats and Ropes have been going well and we are seeing improvements in conditioning and footwork from it.
