Ranger Nation,
We hope everyone has had a restful weekend. We are set to get a lot of work done in a short week. We will be lifting Tuesday – Thursday and use Wednesday for our Mats and Ropes routine. We have many athletes competing in basketball, soccer, and wrestling and they continue to weight train. We are very proud of their efforts. This week we will be asking everyone to complete 3 days of extra lifts due to our shorter week schedule. Let’s get after it.
