Ranger Nation,
We hope everyone enjoyed a restful Thanksgiving. Our coaching staff is thankful and grateful that we get the chance to work with such a great group of kids. We will begin Week 4 of our offseason program. We will continue Phase I of our lifting cycle in the weight room. We will again be requiring that players attend 4 out of the 9 open weight room sessions available throughout the week. Those sessions occur from 7:30 to 8:30 am (M-Fr) or from 4-5:30 pm (M-Th). The lifts will be designed to complement the lifts they are doing during the athletic period. Please help us encourage the guys to put in all the extra work they need.
