We had a great 2nd week of training again last week. Our staff is proud of everyone’s hard work. Please continue to stress stretching in the evenings for mobility improvements. Reminder that after this week camp will shut down from June 27th-30th and again from July 4th-5th. We will resume camp July 6th-8th after this 4th of July shut down. Thank you and Go Rangers!

**The Strength & Speed Camp generally runs from Monday-Thursday. In case of bad weather, Friday will be a make-up day. Always assume we have camp unless you receive a message that camp has been canceled or moved to Friday. There will be no camp June 27-July 5, & July 18/19. The last day of camp will be July 21st.
What to bring? Water bottle
What to wear? Personal Athletic shorts and shirt
What kind of shoes? Please bring flats and cleats if you have them
Where to meet/drop-off? Outside the garage door on the curb of the main weight room in the back of Vista Ridge HS.
Where will we be training? VR Weight Rooms, Grass Fields, Ranger Turf Field
Where is pick-up? Athletes needing to be picked up can wait on the curb outside the garage door of the main Vista Ridge weight room.
Do I need a physical? Yes, LISD requires a yearly sports physical for camps. Link to this year’s physical form.
