Ranger Nation,
Happy new year! We hope everyone had a great break and had a chance to catch their breath. We are excited to see the guys back this week. We will continue our weight training sessions and work to build strength and muscle throughout the week. On Friday we will also begin teaching a mat room and jump rope routine to work on agility, footwork, conditioning, and mental toughness. Please continue to encourage them to come in for their 4 extra lifts. The extra sessions have been going well and will continue to be available throughout this week. From an academic standpoint it is important that each student-athlete start the new semester off strong. We will encourage them to start the right way and to do their very best in the classroom.
*In an effort to reach everyone, I am continuing to use the season’s email list. I will adjust the email distribution list as new semester schedules become finalized.
Have a blessed week.
Go Rangers!
