Ranger Nation,
We continue to add in more and more football skills training into the athletic period. The guys are enjoying it and it has been fun to begin this development in our offseason. During this time it is extremely important that they come in either before or after school for their lifts. We are continuing to ask them to come in for 4 extra lifts throughout the week. We have had some great gains this year and want to continue moving in the right direction. Thank you for supporting Ranger Football.
