Ranger Nation,
Last week was a great week for Ranger Nation. The team went after it and accomplished their goal of a perfect day in boot camp on Wednesday. They were on fire. Our staff is sure proud of them. We concluded the week with a team meeting to discuss where we were at as a team, where we wanted to go, and how we were going to get there. Our leadership council led the team discussion and we finished by writing our team goal down. I challenged the players to post the team goal somewhere they could see it often as a reminder to keep them focused throughout the offseason, summer training, and fall season. This week we transition to Phase III. This phase will consist of a mixture of weights, agilities, plyometrics, footwork, and football skills training.
