Paris Hodges-Stiles Middle School
Paris Hodges is the Athletic Coordinator at Stiles Middle School. He is entering his 16th year teaching and coaching. Prior to Stiles, he spent years teaching and coaching at Four Points Middle School, Port Allen High School in Baton Rouge LA, Farley Middle School, Hutto High School, and Rockdale Middle School. Coach Hodges graduated from Louisiana State University where he played football for the Tigers and later obtained a Masters in Educational Leadership from UT Arlington. Coach Hodges and his wife Angela have a daughter named Ava Grace.
Wayne Carpenter-Stiles Middle School
Coach Carpenter is a teacher and coach at Stiles Middle School. Previously he coached football, basketball, and track at Westview Middle School in Pflugerville ISD. Coach Carpenter has a Bachelor’s of Science from Arkansas State University. He and his wife Kristi have two daughters, Malorie and Kylie.
Curtis Perkins-Stiles Middle School
Coach Perkins is a science teacher and coach at Stiles Middle School. He has coached football, basketball, track, soccer and tennis in the past, mostly with Leander ISD. Coach Perkins has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Texas State University. He and his wife Kelly have 5 children: Dallas, Lane, Cody, Cooper, and Madison.
Craig West–Henry Middle School
Craig West is back at Henry Middle School as the Boys’ Coordinator. He comes to Henry Middle School from Thrall High School where he was the Offensive Coordinator. Prior to Thrall, he was the Coordinator at Henry Middle School for 11 years and a High School coach at Leander High School. Coach West is in his 26th season as a coach and holds a degree from Tarleton State University in Kinesiology with a minor in History. He and his wife, Kacia have 3 sons Braeden, Rylan, and Leyton.
Daniel McKeown-Henry Middle School
Coach Daniel McKeown is the 6th through 8th grade physical education teacher and coach of 7th grade football, 7th grade and 8th grade track and field for Henry Middle School. A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, he is married to his wife Maureen. Coach McKeown has a son, Chad, and daughter and son-in-law Holly and Nate Jackson and grandsons Lucas and Levi Jackson.
Lonnie Taylor-Henry Middle School
Lonnie Taylor is in his 16th year as teacher and coach at Henry Middle School. He has 24 years of coaching and teaching experience. Previously, he was the head basketball and track coach at Dobie Middle School in AISD. He was born in the piney woods of East Texas in Longview. Coach Taylor holds a BS from Eastern New Mexico University in Kinesiology and Healthy Education. He has twin boys, Quinton and Brandon, a daughter Jasmyn, and is married to Keelie Taylor.
Aaron Alvarado-Henry Middle School
Coach Alvarado is starting his 4th year at HMS and will be coaching 7th grade football and is in his 16th year of coaching. Coach Alvarado graduated from Texas A&M University.
