Vista Ridge is offering sports physicals here on campus Friday May 13th from 8am to 4:00pm. Athletes and families interested in taking advantage of this will be able to utilize their athletic period for this.
This year we are utilizing the etix software to avoid having to handle money. With that being said, please advise your parents to use this link to purchase an athletic physical ticket for their athlete. Please note that the purchase window will only be open on Thursday May 12 from 8am to 8pm and that the athlete must show up on Friday with the ticket.
Next, every athlete that is getting a physical done with us needs to bring the 2022-2023 pink physical form with the medical history completed (anything that they say “yes” to must have an explanation). This must be signed by both themselves and a parent. We will not let them see the doctor on Friday unless they have this completed. They can get the pink physical form from the training room.
This is a convenient low affordable physical that will be good for a calendar year. I have attached a flyer with details about this opportunity. Please contact the athletic trainers at 512-570-1846 should you have any questions.
