Incoming 9th Grade Football Information Night

Dear Future Ranger Parent,

I wanted to take this opportunity to invite you to our Incoming 9th Grade Football Information Night.  This night is for parents of athletes that are wanting to play football next year, and for parents that are still unsure or interested.  This information night has helped many parents and athletes learn a great deal about our program before they decide about high school football.  We would love the opportunity to meet your family, share information, and answer all your questions.  This is an exciting time in your athlete’s life, and I assure you this will be one of the greatest experiences they will ever have.

The game of football is a very special game to me, and I believe that this special game can teach your athlete so much more than just football; it will teach them about life.  We will be teaching them how to be the best they can be with their faith, families, community, academics, and football.  I believe these are the building blocks of a great football program.  Over the next 4 years, they will make so many memories and develop bonds with their teammates that will last a lifetime.

Our Incoming 9th Grade Football Information Night will be on March 9th in the VRHS Auditorium at 7pm.  This is a great event for you to meet new Ranger Families and find out more information about our football program.  At this event you will get an opportunity to learn more about the way we will impact your athlete through the game of football.  We will also cover:  Schedules, Physical Information, Spring Football Calendar, Moms Clinic Information, Booster Club Information, and much more.  We look forward to seeing you on March 9th.

GO RANGERS!!!

Sincerely,

Coach Vincent

“I consider it deeply significant that in all my commands during three major conflicts, I have never had to relieve an officer from duty under combat fire who had competed in high school football.I believe that football, perhaps more than any other sport, tends to instill in men the feeling that victory comes through hard work, team play, self-confidence and an enthusiasm that amounts to dedication.
