Summer Schedule

The summer weight lifting schedule is broken down into seven weeks.  It will begin on June 9th and conclude in August.    Each week is scheduled Monday through Thursday for two hour sessions from 8 am to 10 am.  If all sessions are attended, then the athlete should complete the schedule with the total of 40 hours logged for the summer.  

Summer lifting is developed under a different philosophy to target a Core Lift per a day and still maintain the body under auxiliary lifts to fit around the athlete’s summer schedules.

The dates below are provided as a sample of the weeks structure.  The actual dates will be released by the program as we get closer to the event.
