We appreciate all that give to Ranger Nation. Under the pledge process for the campaign we are allowed to keep the collection process open until all commitment amount payments have been received during the season.
Please remember that the we are organized by a 501(c)(3) charitable organization under the active EIN: 770604406. All pledges made are eligible as a tax write off for the future tax year.

Game Day Meals

On the form please make sure that you fill it out completely and accurately. To assist we have some key notes:
Payment info: full credit card numbers
Meal payment plans: we have two options
- All games – one time charge that pays for meals for every regular season game (11) this season! One submission and you are done for the season. All season will be the same sandwich unless you call/email the store to change it (see below).
- One time – this option is completed for the week you want a meal and the deadline is midnight on Tuesday of the game week! It would be up to you to go in any week you want a meal and complete the form before the weekly deadline.
If you see a sandwich listed on the menu that is not on the order form then type it in the “other” category.
If ordered before the season starts, the first week of delivery will be for the Copperas Cove scrimmage on 8/17.
If you wish to change your sandwich selection during the season, you can:
1. call the store and inform them of the change @ 512-639-8390
2. email the store at anytime @ psw0458@potbelly.com with the changes requested
