Bio

Coach Carter was born in Corpus Christi and grew up in Lubbock. He has coached at Mesquite, Galena Park, Georgetown as Special Teams Coordinator, Florence as Head Coach and Athletic Director, Pflugerville and Troy as Defensive Coordinator. He has a degree in Education from Texas A&M University.
